- The pitch and curved crest offers adequate resistance against wind effects and possible traffic on the roof.

UNIQUE, ELEGANT AND BEAUTIFUL ROOFING TILES
Our Roof Tiles are new development and unique approach to roofing. Our Roof Tiles are made from carefully selected materials and are available in so many colors and designs.
This type is the natural variant of Aluminium. It could be plain or embossed. The stucco mill sheet has an advantage of excellent reflection of the sun’s radiation, thus creating a cool environment. When embossed, the surface appearance is pleasant, and small scratches are almost invisible.
The Aluminium coils are first coated with color and baked in a sophisticated high technology plant. The coil can be coated to any color depending on the customer’s choice. The oven-baked sheets have excellent chemical resistance, as they hardly peel or fade.
Our STONE CHIP COATED ROOF TILES is pressure formed from Galvalume® Steel to have the appearance of individual roofing tiles. There are seven tiles impressions formed horizontally into one panel. Each panel is profiled to form an extremely strong overlapping and interlocking/structure. Plus, it is coated with an acrylic resin, an acrylic base adhesive, a natural stone chip, as well as a clear acrylic over glaze in order upon the top side of the Galvalume® Steel, so, it provides a long life span besides strength.
Galvalume® is a registered trademark held with the BMP company and it is coated with alloy composed of A155%, Zn 43.4%, Si 1.6%. And, it has a superior long term corrosion resistance ability. The combination of the sacrificial protection of zinc with the barrier protection action of the aluminium together, provides a superior performance level to galvanized coating in almost all sort of varied environment.
